Simultaneous Exchange

You have 45 days from the sale of your Relinquished Property to identify your potential Replacement Properties. You can generally identify up to 3 properties or more, subject to the Rules of Identification. You do not have to have the identified property or properties under contract in order to identify them, providing property addresses in an email or our identification form, prior to the expiration of the 45th day of the identification period will suffice for identification purposes.
